Our focus is on dog enrichment (toys, treats and gear designed to mentally stimulate dogs) and sustainability, filtering brands by values like B-Corp certified, eco-friendly, women-owned, UK-based, small company and handmade. We also have our own product line (WOOOF Own) including the Pupsicle enrichment toy and a dedicated "WOOOF Conscious" range organised by ethical values.

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over £50 to mainland UK. We currently only ship within the UK and mainland UK excludes the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. We also offer a local same-day delivery option.

Wooof offers same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm. We also offer local same-day delivery for £7.50 if ordered before 2pm, available to a limited area. Standard delivery is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Yes, for our Pupsicle toy specifically. Subscribing to Woof Refill Pops automatically enrols customers in a lifetime warranty programme for the Pupsicle Toy. For general product issues, customers should inspect orders on arrival and contact Wooof immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
